- All Surprise Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions apply if item is incorrect or faulty.
- Individually sold items can be returned for a refund within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note we will not cover the cost of return shipping and will ensure the item is returned in the same condition 'as sold' before your refund is processed.
